Get any special deliveries lately?

Spit take, slow burn, deadpan, pregnant pause…

I’ve got all kinds of special deliveries…. but none are very new.

I live so far out in the middle of nowhere that EVERY delivery is special. Can’t buy shoes where I live, can’t buy nice dress clothes for work, cant buy cars, but you also can’t buy the clear air, peace and quiet, no gangs, young men opening doors for everyone, etc. Amazon.com is my best friend on the internet.

Mostly just garbage mail….but last week I had some CD’s delived by UPS.

No special deliveries. Sure would be nice to say “No, I can’t help you because I just don’t want to”. But I’m too nice. I work hard to find better excuses.

I have deliveries regularly too. My double armchair came Monday and now I can decorate it with our heraldry devices. I also will get the other item (ordered same time- a bottle of India ink) delivery scheduled Saturday. Chair was UPS to front porch, but I expect the ink will get dumped to USPS (and therefore will be down the street in the mailbox) Just because it fits ;-(

I got a Netflix movie today. I’m waiting for the special seat pad I bought for little man. It mimics an exercise ball. Poor kid is gifted with issues.

I cannot access comics on this sight. Dang it!
