Having the debate for the undecideds is THE POINT!!Most Republicans wouldn’t change their minds about voting for R&R if they went Columbine on Congress.Likewise vice versa for the Democrats if O&B did the same.(Okay, maybe more people WOULD vote for the ones who took out Congress, but that’s not my point.)Those of us on both sides who have already decided are impatiently waiting for the election so that we can quit listening to the constant ADS. Right now they’re spending a fortune trying to get the last 5-7% to decide, and most of us wonder if it’s worth it.
What was clear from this debate is that Romney is the one who feels entitled. He was rude to the President and arrogant towards Candy Crowley. Glad he’s not my boss!
“Neb” and “Dred”: a Constitutional amendment to retain the electoral college, but make the outcome proportional to the vote in each state, instead of “winner take all”, would make it more in line with the “popular vote”. It would also drastically alter the “importance” of those “swing states” where indeed, so much money IS being wasted.
