One of our daughters used to work in a cell phone store. She’d bring home “dummies” of wildly expensive phones and give them to the kids. One of her sisters told us that her son was playing with his in a store, and put it down to look at a toy. A man standing nearby scooped it up almost before it hit the counter and scooted off with it. I’d have loved to have been a fly on the wall when he discovered he’d stolen a very valuable empty box.
