   Here’s hoping all is finished today and you can utter those infamous word, LET THERE BE LIGHT! I like my bedroom dark, migraines and all, but the rest of my house is mostly an ecru shade. Wish I had the money to have it all repainted etc. But between the roof repairs and the new oven, which I am loving, the cupboard is bare!

   I get the feeling that Ora Zella’s name is actually spelled, and called out, ORA ZELLA! . My Gracie is the same way. And I love her for it.

   I WANNA RUB DAT BELLY!!!!! Me and Sara played belly rub earlier today. But she really likes having her head mugged. Where I just take her head in the palm of my hand and she uses it like a scratching post for her head. They both like having their heads gripped firmly. I approach them with my hand open, making a clawing motion? Most cats would pull back or hiss. They both lean in for a vigorous head rub. Gracie REALLY likes it rough. Sometimes Sara just wants to rest her head in my hand. She plays rough, but likes for me to be gentle as she’s kicking the stuffing out of me. LOL

   TV is on wifi. Phone is normally, but with the power out no wifi. So I switched the phone to my mobile network. That was still up. I synch the TV with the radio sound for games I watch. I was using my headphones for the radio play by play so I could turn the TV sound back on for the intermission. These guys are hilarious. Especially the TNT guys. I prefer it when the TV broadcast shows the anthems because you can really get the sound and video synch well. The NHL app radio broadcasts can also be paused. Really makes it more enjoyable. But one by one, the old timers are retiring. Most of the newer broadcasters just don’t have that flair. I hope that style makes a comeback for hockey broadcasts though. My phone alerting me to the tornado warning could have been a life saver. We got no siren alert, and the TV seldom alerts unless you’re on a network channel.

   We played her belly rub game. She rolls over to show me her belly. Then I rub her belly, which quickly escalates into her lightly biting my hand. Not so hard that it hurts though. And she’ll roll her head around and bat at me with her hind legs. Gracie’s belly rubs are just straight up belly rubs. She’ll take a hold of my arm and hold it in place until she’s had enough. Then you stop, or she will bite. LOL

    Yeah, Freevee has the classic Dr Who episodes. I just wish there were more episodes from the Patrick Troughton era. His approach was very much like that of Matt Smith. But, in their infinite wisdom, BBC wiped most of those episodes. I’m also told they wiped their coverage of the moon landing. LOL
