    I don’t think that Putin will go after the rest of the world (I doubt that Xi and Modi would put up with that!), but he certainly has hopes of reconstituting in some way the former USSR.

    This year my neighborhood in Mexico City hasn’t been greatly affected by this long-standing problem till this week. We’re only getting water from the city for a few hours in the morning, but so far it hasn’t been a big problem. Some neighborhoods have had to deal with the shrinking supply of water for many years, especially working-class areas like Iztapalapa, which I believe is mentioned in that article.
