My kiddo gets very cold hands and feet. She recently had a medical procedure done that required her hands and feet to be warmed up to a certain temperature. They got her hands warm with an electric heating pad. Her feet, however, had trouble getting warmed up enough even using a heating pad for half an hour.
Nope! I don’t think anyone did, but I have a person in my friend group I rely on to decode the rules for new games. Or there’s YouTube. But one particular game was so convoluted even YouTube was no help.
Agreed. Even if you have some, passion is not enough to find success. You also have to be good at whatever it is and market yourself in some way.
I know a young man who is terrified of a 9-5 job (whatever he thinks that means). He thinks he wants to be a content creator, but has seen no success. He has made a lot of content at this point, but has not earned enough to buy a cup of coffee. No one seems to want to tell him that “follow your dreams” doesn’t always work for people.
HOAs should be limited to maintaining common areas (and the fees required to do so). They should not be allowed to restrict how you use your own property. I know some people are terrified that a neighbor might do something unsightly with their property. I find the idea of forced uniformity more terrifying, personally. If someone wants to paint their house puce green with fluorescent orange trim, more power to them. And most people don’t.
