   If I was the original artist, I’d save that original strip and take the day off starting at 10 years, and again at 15, 20, 25, etc. Just superimpose a graphic that said “40 years ago today…”

   And there’s the eletist, trying to insult the man who served by insinuating he’s stupid. I’m pretty sure JI2M understands irony, given that he swore an oath to protect an defend the rule of law that protects even those people who see to curtail the rights of those who don’t agree with them.

   Of course nothing sinister. I doubt a computer glitch, though, unless AI has progressed to a point of “political correctness”. I expect someone was having a bit of fun at the readers’ expense, a way of getting tongues wagging.
