   I was thinking of conspiracy theories earlier this week when I went to the supermarket pharmacy for my second covid booster [over 65 etc.]. She only asked my D.O.B. and name, and then had me review a form [questions about: am I feeling sick etc.] which had all my info, like my address, phone #, and so on pre-printed to sign at the bottom. My earlier shots were at another store, but this one offered a coupon for a grocery discount.
