First off, my screen name. I am a Texan working in a technical field. I did NOT attend Texas Tech. I went to a real university in Texas. Born and grew up in Houston, then spent about 24 years in Austin, back to Houston, and then in Indiana, first time to live outside of Texas. Back to Austin ten years and now 26 months (as of late August, 2021) in Miami, FL. Work keeps me moving around. I am now on my way to North Carolina. While only living in three states, I have passed through or visited 35-40 of the lower 48 states. I have missed the Big Sky country (Dakotas, Wyoming, Montana) and upper New England states. As should be obvious from my comments, I am a yellow dog Democrat with views on social justice based on the teachings of all the great religious teachers. I love music of most types. Not opera. I can tolerate some C&W. Have heard very little rap I can tolerate. My music is traditional Blues and 60s-70s rock. Also like classical and easy listening.

Did you spend some time at Pope AFB? My stepfather was there in the very early ’60s. He had been flying backseat in B-57s but got grounded after breaking his back packing for the move to North Carolina.

I have been part of a “What Matters Most” study of cancer patients. I am probably a real outlier in their study. Adding years to my life is not necessarily high on what is important. It is that I am able to actually live that matters. Living an extra two or three years going to the hospital every few weeks for a couple of days stay or being hooked up to equipment at home is not my idea of living. When my time comes, I hope to go out in otherwise good health and having enjoyed every minute up to that last breath.

And please remember that was written with tongue firmly in cheek as Mr. Newman was himself a short people.

I don’t think Fox News ever admitted to their viewers that they had been lying to them. The Fox News viewers would have had to consult some other news source to find out Fox had knowingly and willingly been feeding them a line of BS they knew to be false. They aren’t about to upset their viewers with actual facts like them lying.

With no sugar rush or caffeine high I don’t think Garfield has the energy to be any danger to Jon.

Okay, this screed tells me I am wasting my time trying to explain things to you. Your mind appears to be completely made up in spite of facts to the contrary and I am not going to change it. I will ask one question. If the election was rigged, why after three years and 40-50 investigations has no evidence of fraud turned up? I agree with Benjamin Franklin’s saying, “Three may keep a secret provided two of them are dead.” No way a fraud as big as you allege could stay undiscovered. Look at the fraud the Trump backers tried to pull off with their fake electors. It came to light very quickly. Why has the Biden “election fraud” not suffered the same exposure? Maybe because it never happened.

Sorry. I missed that little “addition” but even seeing his mug that way tends to make me a little queasy.
