We've all heard of retail therapy -- the act of buying stuff we may or may not need in an effort to achieve temporary escapism -- but what about the hardworking folks on the other side of the counter? On Customer is Wrong Day, those serving retail therapy seekers can vent during one of their busiest times of year... at least in their minds.
