    It would be smarter of the jeweler to offer him a percentage of the sale…. and maybe a BIGGER percentage of any anniversary jewelry…

    Then Cupid might be more careful who he shoots.

    Encouraging him to take quick aim for an easy buck accounts for some pretty mismatched couples.

    Some of them might not even finish paying for the ring, let alone buy Christmas gifts next year.

    Then again, I’ve attended some very unlikely weddings…. so you never know.

    bmonk — if he can find me someone with an outrageous fortune…. sure!

    Sigh… or just someone, I suppose… though sometimes I feel like he’s found too many already, and his aim wasn’t great.

    But actually I was saying he should take off that blindfold once in a while and look before shooting….. and if the money blinds him… that too. :)
