WOW! I always wondered what the first Luann was about. I wonder at what age Luann stopped recording her diary.

In the beginning, there was the light, then heaven and earth….and Luann.

I went through all comics! And itonly took me 3 months max!

I read through a second time now!

I’ve now read through all of Luann. I’m sad. But it’s nice that its still going on.

I just started reading Luann for the first time 11 days ago, I’m up to 1996 rn, and it’s so fun to see how she’s changed so far!

Luann is older than my son also born in 1985. He’s married now though, she is just about 20 in Luannverse time. Love this comic for over 30 years.

Congratulations on 39 years drawing a great comic strip! I loved when Luann dictated her diary on a cassette recorder. It makes me feel a bit old, thinking about cassette recorders and how popular they once were, but you and Luann have kept up with the times.
