Oh, come on you can’t ignore a massive amount of intelligence because a few bit players don’t like someone. Professionals often have to work with those who they don’t care for, but they aren’t malicious. Right Doc?

The continual failure of the two opposing party system to accomplish the essential common good that a coalition government could, is exasperating. We might as well have an objective, apolitical fourth branch of government to assure that the opposing party in control in each branch is serving the public and not doing harm to the nation because of their ideological bias.

    https://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2017/12/14/scarborough_slams_gop_jackasses_for_undermining_mueller_where_are_your_benghazi_texts.html

(Thursday’s edition of Morning Joe, host Joe Scarborough)

“They’re now saying, why aren’t you disbanding this investigation? How stupid do they think we are? How stupid are they? And how stupid do they think we are?” Scarborough asked.

Scarborough said if they want to go down this road, he’d like to see text messages between Congressional Republicans during their “impartial” Benghazi investigations.

“I’d love to see these guys’ text messages during their hearings. You guys want to play that game, show your text messages during Benghazi. Why don’t you reveal your text messages and what you were texting each other while you were conducting an impartial investigation of Benghazi for like 8 years?” the host asked sarcastically.

Blavatnik’s relationships with Russian oligarchs close to Putin, particularly Oleg Deripaska, should be worrisome for Trump and the six GOP leaders who took Blavatnik’s money during the 2016 presidential campaign. Lucky for them no one has noticed. Yet.

Paul Ryan Taped With Russian Ambassador On GOP Money Laundering

Wow don’t know how reliable Has Trump corrupted the entire GOP.Exclusive: Sources with links tothe intelligence community now confirm that a tape exists of Paul Ryan, the Speaker of the House, discussing how Russian money could be funneled without detection to target GOP campaigns, including Ryan’s.

These sources report that Mr. Ryan is also on tape discussing how he can best use and disseminate Wikileaks material that was hacked from the DNC by Russia in order to win both his own election and election for Trump.

Further, sources say, the tape of Mr. Ryan discussing his knowledge of Russia funding the GOP that has previously been published in the Washington Post is in fact a small fragment of a much more damaging tape.

Right. He didn’t fire him fast enough, or hard enough, at the same time that the Bureau was publishing a baseless accusation just in time to hurt Clinton. Sounds like a real hard-core Democrat supporter there.

Robert Mercer: the big data billionaire waging war on mainstream mediaWith links to Donald Trump, Steve Bannon and Nigel Farage, the rightwing US computer scientist is at the heart of a multimillion-dollar propaganda network

Robert Mercer very rarely speaks in public and never to journalists, so to gauge his beliefs you have to look at where he channels his money: a series of yachts, all called Sea Owl; a $2.9m model train set; climate change denial (he funds a climate change denial thinktank, the Heartland Institute); and what is maybe the ultimate rich man’s plaything – the disruption of the mainstream media. In this he is helped by his close associate Steve Bannon, Trump’s campaign manager and now chief strategist. The money he gives to the Media Research Center, with its mission of correcting “liberal bias” is just one of his media plays. There are other bigger, and even more deliberate strategies, and shining brightly, the star at the centre of the Mercer media galaxy, is Breitbart.

It was $10m of Mercer’s money that enabled Bannon to fund Breitbart – a rightwing news site, set up with the express intention of being a Huffington Post for the right. It has launched the careers of Milo Yiannopoulos and his like, regularly hosts antisemitic and Islamophobic views, and is currently being boycotted by more than 1,000 brands after an activist campaign.
