Mr. Bors, wonderful panel! You said it all in a few pics. That’s what the “tax Deform cuts bill” is going to do for America. The only thing you didn’t show was the “golden showers” that will rain down on all the poor people. Especially on that guy in the “MAGA” hat. And sad to say he will still believe that Trump is his BFF.
The reality is that we are now too big to have only two mutually exclusive ideologies any longer. Revenge politics is OK when to don’t have to step on your own toes to do it …. being contrary on gun control doesn’t stop mad assassins from killing members of your party and denying climate change will not prevent your shoreline home from being flooded.
We need several parties that can work with not against each other to represent the different factions in the two neoliberal parties we have now … that cannot agree with each other. If two parties were enough, and their members were all in agreement, … with Republicans controlling all three branches, unopposed, we should have had their major agenda resolved and turned into legislation last spring?
Thirty percent of either party with their “out of sync with the public”, ideologies will never make 100% of the public happy … they can’t even get agreement amongst their 30 %!
The guy in the MAGA hat doesn’t mind not getting a tax cut as long as the guy in the upper right hand doesn’t get one. he didn’t vote for Trump to make things better for himself. He voted for Trump to make things worse for those people.

MAGA guy will just have to wait for the trickle-down. It will work this time. He just knows it. In the meantime, does he really need health insurance?
