If it were my loophole, I’d go with anime which is JAPANESE cartoons rather than U.S. cartoons; boys might learn the language and use it as a secret language. Then again, with English dub, that’s going to be a bummer.
I have found Canadian and US cartoons are a varied lot. You can’t just dismiss them all unless—-you want to.
