I don’t think that politics play any part in such harassment cases, but it seems that the conserves are being harder on them liberals than them conserves. How much backlash did the conserves give to Roger Ailes? And to put Bill Clinton in the same category is inaccurate; what he did was wrong, but it was consensual. He was impeached for lying to the commision.
Trump’s war on women is stripping their rights away. Taking away access to birth control. DeVos has dialed back Title IX application in college sexual-assault cases. Defunding Planned Parenthood. Banning abortion regardless of the health of the mother or fetus. They have done nothing to make child care more affordable, fight the wage gap or get paid family leave. On top of that they are trying to take away health insurance.
The Weinsteins and Trumps of this world treat women like garbage and the GOP thinks they have it too good. So what does it really mean to be pro-life?
