I have deep concerns over Sheriff Clarke being appointed to a senior position at the Homeland Security Department. He thinks there is a civil war between law enforcement officers and members of the Black Lives Matter movement. Meanwhile he festoons his uniform with an abundance of pins and ribbons like a military dictator. He is incompetent, dishonest, petty, vindictive and cruel. Our country should not have to suffer under this man who is not fit for public office.
