    This still makes me mad. By not letting Obama appoint a Justice, isn’t that unconstitutional?It would be just another brick thrown at the constitution I suppose.

    The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Thursday shows that 47% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trump’s job performance. Fifty-three percent (53%) disapprove.

    The latest figures include 30% who Strongly Approve of the way Trump is performing and 44% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him a Presidential Approval Index rating of -14.

    And the Supreme Court recently reversed a Gorsuch decision 8-0 on providing education to the disabled. Gorsuch ruled for the minimal amount.
